Delivery and payment
- Through the online shop: https://honeycolonia.com/en/shop/. You do not need to create an account to complete an order.
Choose all the products you need and add them to your cart. For each added product you will be redirected to the MY COSTUME page. From here you can click on the CONTINUE TO COMPLETE COMMIT button to go to the CHECKOUT page. Or you can access the „Cart” button at the top of the page (you will see all selected products). Click on the ‘FINISH’ button (at the bottom of the shopping cart).
Fill in the billing address (if you want to receive a tax invoice you will select „Customer Type – Legal Entity” and add the data of the Company for which you want to receive the tax invoice). After filling in the address, the delivery cost will be automatically calculated (if you fall within the fixed delivery rate with an order below the threshold of 170 lei, or if you will have free shipping for an order over 170 lei).
Select the payment method – see section „Choosing payment for orders” below.
Click on the „Place order” button.
An order validation/confirmation message will appear on the website.
You will receive an order confirmation email where you will find the order details and useful information about the next steps.

Choosing payment for orders
- Online payment by credit card – Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro are accepted. There are no additional fees for online card transactions.
- Refund (cash on receipt).
Costs and transportation in the country
Parcels are delivered by the courier company Cargus:
- Delivery time: 48-72h
- Delivery schedule: Monday – Friday.
Shipping is FREE – if the order value exceeds 170 lei.
The transportation cost is 20.00 lei for orders less than 170 lei.
Transport damage
Evicom Honey SRL assumes responsibility for transportation by Cargus, and if a product is damaged, we return the product at no cost to the customer, within 48 hours.
The customer is obliged to check the package that shows dents or deformations in front of the courier company’s agent, and in case of damage to a product, to draw up a report (model from the courier company) of the damage.
In special cases (products ordered are not in stock, transportation difficulties) we reserve the right to increase the delivery period accordingly, notifying you by e-mail or phone.

Evicom Honey reserves the right not to accept orders and/or deliveries from certain customers and/or to certain addresses.
